Structure

ASOMI College of Sciences Higher Education Institution does not operate through a formal Board of Directors or equivalent governing body.

Strategic and institutional oversight functions are carried out by the Head of Institution within a structured governance framework, supported by defined roles and internal management structures.

Responsibilities relating to institutional strategy, compliance, and oversight are distributed across the governance system in accordance with formally defined roles and procedures.

Academic and Advisory Functions

Academic oversight is ensured through structured internal processes involving the Academic Responsible and institutional management roles. These processes include programme design, monitoring, and review activities, ensuring academic coherence and alignment with institutional and regulatory requirements. Consultative input from external stakeholders is obtained where relevant to support programme development and review.
